The lake Somlyó
The park around lake Somlyó in the outer area of Fót is a popular resting place for city dwellers. Families with small children, those who want to play sports or relax, and fishermen frequently visit the area throughout the year. According to the plans, the buildings of a children's camp will be built around the lake in the future.
Buildings
The year-round pavilion building installed next to the park's main entrance, close to the lake Somlyó, serves the visitors of the park. The function of the building is a cafeteria - with indoor and outdoor consumer areas - and a public washroom. It is also possible to serve directly to the terrace through the oak counter running along the side of the building.
The pavilion-like building justified the design of a lighter, wooden-framed, wood-clad building, with gray metal roofing shingles and a gray metal roofing system, instead of built-up masonry structures.
