The existing building of the medical clinic was built in the 1970s. Its unique, lively mass formation did not organically fit into the streetscape of the settlement. The condition of the building necessitated its complete interior and exterior renovation, as well as thermal insulation of the facade.
During the planning process, we created two local medical clinics and a dental clinic, together with waiting rooms and related rooms. The planned mass of buildings has a traditional, gabled roof design typical of the region, parallel to the street. The stone parts of the building were made from stone mined in the local quarry in the neighboring Bodrogkeresztúr, and the contractor was also a local company from Encs.
