Conversion and extension of an existing print and warehouse building into an office building.
The building is clad in raw brick, with brick lattices and also brick awnings, complemented by old and new concrete surfaces and wooden trelliswork. A green roof has been designed over the lower part and a timber-framed roof structure with corked sheet metal roofing on the upper floor.
