Conversion and extension of an existing detached house.
The building is single storey on the street side and two storeys on the garden side due to the steep sloped property.
The façade is of rendered brick and limestone cladding, with stained timber framing. The roof is covered with anthracite coloured tiles.
The building is complemented by ironwork by György Seregi.
