Detached house built on a densely built-up hillside in Buda. Due to the steep slope of the site and its narrowness, the house is situated between retaining walls (above and below). The garage is attached to the basement + ground floor + attic dwelling house like a retaining wall. The building has stone from Királyrét and small solid brick from Matraderecske, as well as exposed timber framing and beaver-tail tile roofing.
