House, Kaposfüred

        The apartment house is designed for two people, the children are grown up, only one guest room is needed in addition to the bedroom. Floor area: 75 m2 + covered car storage + terraces. The planned building has a classic orientation, the living rooms are oriented to the east, the living room is to the south and west, the winter garden is to the south, and the kitchen - bathroom - storage functions are oriented to the north. Since the installation is on the side border, the kitchen could only be opened in two directions through a small window, and a glass brick was made towards the neighbor.

               The city planning council did not agree to the originally planned semi-gable roof, sheet metal roof mass formation, so a traditional building with a gable roof was born.
