On the huge plot overgrown with black pines, there was a small pavilion-like summer house built in the 1930s, which was demolished. In the new building, the living space was located on the ground floor: living room and bedroom, and guest and children's rooms were located on the upper floor. The final appearance of the building is the result of the joint work of the Designer and the Client, as is the case with family house design work in general.
