The building site is located in the suburban residential area of Nagymaros. The front half of the site slopes gently, while the rear, southern part slopes steeply towards the south. The neighboring plots have already been built on.
The building has a simple, gabled roof and a closed rectangular floor plan, with gables at the short ends. This mass is broken up only by the projecting roof above the entrance on the east side and the large chimney in the southwest corner. On the south side, a pergola-covered terrace is attached to the house.
The house has three floors (basement + ground floor + attic).
The facades of the building feature rough, textured, off-white plaster, green-stained wooden structures and wooden doors and windows, as well as natural grooved tile roofing.
A covered gate structure with a small and large gate and a bin storage area was built on the street front of the plot. Behind the gate structure, a two-car parking space covered with a pergola is sunk into the ground.
