Extension of an existing 70's side-framed, pitched-roof dwelling house ("cube house") with a new wing. The new wing will be connected to the existing wing by a bay in which the staircase has been located, thus bridging the planned level change due to the slope of the site and the prominent nature of the existing house. The new two-storey wing has a kitchen-living room at the bottom and two bedrooms at the top.
The existing part of the building is rendered and the new part is of brick and stained timber construction, with an anthracite tiled roof.
