Detached, ground floor + attic family house on gently sloping plot. The building consists of two main masses. The northern part with garage and utility rooms + attic and the southern part with attic + roof space. The north mass is clad with natural stone and the south mass with brick. The house is covered by a simple gable roof with anthracite tile roofing.
