Built on a previously empty, relatively big hillside property. The layout follows an U shape, the inner garden is surrounded by a porch and indoor garages. The facade facing the garden and the valley stretches two-stories to compensate for the slope of the property. This side is defined by large glass-walled openings and a covered terrace. Natural stone and small bricks from Mátraderecske are used on the building with an exposed, wood roofing and natural slate.
