Partly basemented dwelling house with ground floor + attic, standing on the old built-up church hill of the village. The new building follows the old building style: a porch dwelling with a side elevation, perpendicular ridge line to the street, plastered façade architecture.
The house is composed of two main parts, as indicated by the change of material of the façade walls. To the front are the spaces that serve the functions of the dwelling house (rendered exterior), while to the rear is a studio (terracotta exterior).
The walls of the building are made of new adobe brick, while the roof and slab are made of wood. The roof is covered with natural grooved tiles.
