The construction site is located in the historic center of the city, adjacent to protected buildings. The plot is flat.
The house faces the street and has a gabled roof. The western facade of the building is more closed due to its proximity to the railway, while the eastern facade facing the courtyard opens up with large windows and doors, serving as a storage and parking area at the bottom and offering a panoramic view of Visegrád and the Danube from the apartment above.
The walls are partly covered with raw brick cladding and partly plastered. There are many stained wooden structures (eaves, beams between pillars), and the windows and doors are also wooden. The roof is covered with natural grooved tiles, which are most characteristic of houses in Nagymaros.
